安科瑞三相導(dǎo)軌表在比利時(shí)光伏計(jì)量中的應(yīng)用

摘要：隨著全球化石能源（石油，煤炭）越來(lái)越接近枯竭，污染日趨嚴(yán)重，氣候日益變暖等問(wèn)題，全球多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)相繼出臺(tái)了法規(guī)政策，推動(dòng)了光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。為了更好的分配光伏能源，廠家對(duì)發(fā)電量進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一的計(jì)量，并根據(jù)使用量進(jìn)行合理分配，使能源利用更合理。

1.項(xiàng)目概述  Project Overview

　　在比利時(shí)光伏項(xiàng)目中，每一個(gè)項(xiàng)目點(diǎn)會(huì)安裝一個(gè)光伏計(jì)量箱。客戶在計(jì)量箱內(nèi)安裝安科瑞ADL400多功能三相電能表并通過(guò)RS485通訊方式與網(wǎng)關(guān)連接，上行以太網(wǎng)連接至服務(wù)器，將采集到的電參量信息實(shí)時(shí)反饋到管理平臺(tái)，配合用戶對(duì)光伏發(fā)電進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)和管理。

　　In the Belgian PV project, a PV metering cabinet will be installed at each project site. The customer installs Acrel ADL400 three-phase energy meter in the metering cabinet, and connects with the gateway through RS485 communication mode, and connects the uplink Ethernet to the server. Feedback the collected information to the PV system in real time.

　　ADL400導(dǎo)軌式多功能電能表，是主要針對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)，工礦企業(yè)，公用設(shè)施的電能統(tǒng)計(jì)、管理需求而設(shè)計(jì)的一款智能儀表，產(chǎn)品具有精度高、體積小、安裝方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。集成常見電力參數(shù)測(cè)量及電能計(jì)量及考核管理，提供上48月的各類電能數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)。具有 2~31次分次諧波與總諧波含量檢測(cè)。帶有RS485通信接口，可選用 MODBUS-RTU協(xié)議。該電力儀表可廣泛應(yīng)用于各種控制系統(tǒng)，SCADA系統(tǒng)和能源管理系統(tǒng)中。產(chǎn)品符合 IEC62053-21認(rèn)證。

　　ADL400 is a smart meter designed for power supply system, industrial and mining enterprises and utilities to calculate the electricity consumption and manage the electric demand. It features the high precision, small size and simple installation. It integrates the measurement of all electrical parameters with the comprehensive electricity metering and management provides various data on previous 48 months, checks the 31st harmonic content and the total harmonic content, realizes the remote communication and the remote control with switching input and relay output and boasts the alarm output. It is fitted with RS485 communication port and adapted to MODBUS-RTU Protocol .ADL400 can be used in all kinds of control systems, SCADA systems and energy management systems. The meter meet the related technical requirements of electronic meter in the IEC62053-21standards.
